What is Club Galvan?
Club Galvan is Galvan’s personalised loyalty scheme where you can earn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to access an array of exclusive rewards.
Earning Your Points
Club Galvan gives one point per £1/$1/€1 spent, excluding fees associated with shipping, taxes and duties. You’ll also earn points for activities on our site, such as referrals and following us on social media.
For every 1,000 points earned, a reward will also be added to your account.
You must have a Club Galvan account in order to receive points and rewards.
Using Your Points
If you have points, you can choose at checkout whether to use immediately or save for a future purchase. When applying points, the entire points balance will apply to your order. However, if your order total is less than your points balance, remaining points will stay in your account.
*Points can only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account. Points also cannot be retroactively applied to a past order.
Tracking Your Points
After joining Club Galvan, you will see a section called "Get Rewards" in the Rewards section within your Account. This section details your points history and current balance.
