How it works


Signing up is easy. Just sign-in to your Galvan account (or create one), and enrol. You'll get 200 bonus points just for joining.


Once you're enrolled, the purchases you make will automatically add rewards points. Referring a friend or following us on social media will also add rewards points to your account.

Visit your Account to track your redeemable points.


For every 1,000 points you earn, an exclusive benefit will be added to your account. You can redeem Rewards during checkout on any order.


Earning Your Points

The Club Galvan Program gives rewards members one point per £1/$1/€1 spent, excluding fees associated with shipping, taxes and duties. You must have created a Club Galvan account in order to receive points.

For every 1,000 points earned, a reward will be added to your account, which you may apply to your next purchase. Points are awarded when your payment is processed. You will receive points for your deposit payment at the time of purchase and the remaining points when the balance is paid. If your purchase was within the last 30 days, please contact Customer Care to inquire about earning Rewards points retroactively.

*You will earn points for the order balance after the redeemed reward is deducted.

*Points can only be used by the account holder and can not be transferred to another account.

Using Your Points

Once you have reached the 1,000-point threshold, you may choose to apply your credit or save it for your next purchase, but they cannot be retroactively applied to an order. When applying rewards, the entire rewards balance will apply to your order. However, if your order total is less than your rewards balance, remaining rewards value will stay in your account.

Tracking Your Points

Once you’ve enrolled in Club Galvan, you will see a section called Account in the Rewards section within your customer Account account. This section details your points history and current balance.

Point Expiration

Your entire point balance will expire 12 months after the last payment was received. If you've made a purchase in the last 12 months, your points are still valid.
